It's been eight months since my last post; that's pitiful. Why do I have a blog if I'm not going to post regularly? Because no one is rapping my knuckles with a ruler if I post on my blog or not. It's mine; when I'm inspired I write, when I'm not, I don't.

Actually, that's not completely true. There have been many times when I was inspired to post but honestly felt my writing skills didn't measure up to the task of capturing the hours of fun and laughter with friends and family. For those moments, I use my camera . . .
